You have three options to book a room at Hotel Neon. You can book it via our website, over the phone or on WhatsApp. We offer our cheapest rates when you book directly with us. Please note that all bookings incur a £25 non-refundable deposit and the balance taken from the card you provided at the time of booking 14 days prior to arrival. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additionally, guests must be at least 18 years old and will be required to provide photographic identification upon arrival.

Hotel Neon has a 14-day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, your £25 deposit is non-refundable but anything else you have paid will be refunded in full (unless you have booked a non-refundable rate). However, if you cancel less than 14 days before your check-in date, no refund will be given. We will try to rebook you on alternative dates subject to availability and pricing. Guests leaving earlier than stated in their original booking are not entitled to a partial refund unless agreed with the hotel management. Please note that cancellation policies may vary for special events or promotions.

We offer a limited number of spaces on a first come basis. There is also free on street parking available right in front of the hotel. Please note that these spaces are limited and cannot be reserved. In case you are unable to find a spot, we have provided information on nearby car parks on our website. Two of these car parks are only a 3-minute walk away from the hotel. See here

Check in is from 2pm (if possible please let us know your arrival time) Checkout is until 11am. Late check out or early check in can be purchased at the time of booking.

Currently, we are not able to serve breakfast. However, there are numerous wonderful cafes around the hotel that offer a delicious breakfast. Please ask our friendly staff for recommendations or special offers that we may have available. We are always happy to assist in any way we can to ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay with us.

Our public bar is open from 2pm - 11pm Thursday to Sunday. Hotel guests can utilise the bar at any time. Our lounge is open every day until 11pm unless guests are using the bar in which case it will remain open too. Please note as per our alcohol licence only drinks purchased at the bar can be consumed in either of these two rooms.

We have a designated smoking area in the front of the property. However, all bedrooms and public areas are strictly non-smoking which includes e-cigarettes (vapes). A minimum fine of £200 will be charged to the card on file for smoking in the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free environment for our guests and staff.

Unfortunately, we do not offer family rooms at Hotel Neon and therefore we are unable to accommodate children. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Pets are not allowed

Unfortunately, we do not have any ground floor rooms, which means that our hotel is not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
